Okay, I can put together a pretty good argument against women in white cotton panties under schoolgirl skirts.  First of all, I went to Catholic School and even back in the 60′s the skirts were never that short.  And yes, they did wear white cotton panties under skirts but also under the damn pair of blue shorts too.  And nowdays, if you’ve seen as many overweight 50-somethings as I have on Duval Street at Fantasy Fest showing off their liposuction and boob lifts in little schoolgirl skirts you might be tired of them too.

But I’ll tell you, give me a hot-assed eighteen year old in white cotton panties under a schoolgirl miniskirt and I’m there for it every time.  Like Kitty here.  One of the last eighteen year olds left in this country who still wear full-butt white cotton panties.  And she’s an exhibitionist.  Why don’t I see more girls like her at Fantasy Fest instead of the ones who need plastic surgery?
